Terrible. We've been paying for a year and nothing has been done. We only obtained the land purchase and sale contract, we paid over 3,000 to have the land cleaned, and nothing was done. I even received a notification from the city hall for not having cleaned it. I asked for the cancellation of everything and now they don't even respond anymore. It was 43,000 for this and they haven't given any feedback, they simply leave you talking to yourself. Run away from this scam. It takes a year to sign with Caixa Econômica Federal (a Brazilian bank), another 2 years to deliver the house, and they still deliver it with cracks, leaks, and a mud yard. I know this because I spoke with one of their clients who is suing them and I saw the state of the house when they delivered it.
